Rick Wirick, Mansfield native, was blow-you-out-of-the-water good. He didn't read the postcards about the plane crash, the bear attack, the exploding gypsy cab, or the woman who froze to death a foot from her door. He did however read the piece about the Yeltsin-era factory workers being paid in barter -- huge clear plastic sacks of dildoes, to be precise. The phrase "ardor dissipated after Brezhnev" will stay with me a long time. And the one with the "man tent." YouTube soon enough.
