Back to Berrigan. Reading the "Great Stories of the Chair" section, the notes for which at the back of the book provide more than adequate context. I like the chiclet-like quality of the small unpunctuated words ending in consonants: e.g. "Her lap opens kisses its tune foils this hurt."
