I was surprised to enjoy Thylias Moss's work in the new Canary so much -- there are so many writers, so many stories to catch up with. That is what life is for, right? I mean, and falling desperately and completely in love.

How annoying of life to put obstacles between me and the new books by Peter Gizzi, Rae Armantrout, and David Shapiro. (Not to mention the new Pressed Wafer productions, this Dorn thing from Penguin, have I even riffled the pages of Alice Notley's selected? Gah.)
