The weird news: Logan Echolls makes the character-inconsistent choice to go to imaginary So-Cal Stanford clone, Hearst. Torch for Veronica or no, it would make more sense for Logan to go someplace like Hampden, where as a bonus he'd be closer to spirited-away Hannah. How'd he get into college, anyway? Didn't he spend his senior year [spoilers redacted -- whoops!]? Must have been one terrific personal essay.
